Refund policy


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If the items you have purchased are no longer suitable for you, you can return them for a refund.

If the product is faulty or an error has occurred in your order, you can return the product for a refund or exchange. The product must be returned within 15 days of delivery of your order.

Items purchased during promotions are final sales and cannot be refunded.

DEADLINE

Products must be returned to WMonki within 15 days of receipt of your order.

PRODUCT CONDITION

Products must be returned in new condition. Products must not have been used.

If products are not returned in a suitable condition, as judged by our team, they will be returned to you at your expense.

REFUNDS

All refunds are made in the original form of payment. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.

DELIVERY CHARGES FOR RETURNS

Delivery charges for product returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or an error has occurred in your order.

The product must be accompanied by the invoice and returned to the following address:

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transport.
